Wedding Decorations

Month of/Day of Wedding Coordinating

A Day of Wedding Coordinator is the perfect solution for couples who have planned their wedding themselves but need a professional to ensure everything runs smoothly on the big day. Our experienced coordinators will execute all your hard work and make sure your wedding day is stress-free and unforgettable. 

  • 8 weeks before your wedding you will be emailed our detailed Couple questionnaire. This is a great tool and will prompt you to address logistics/concerns that you may not have thought about.

  • 6-4 weeks prior to your wedding we will have our first in person or virtual meeting.

  • Services include:

  • 2 In person or virtual meetings

  • Use of my procured Vendor List (available upon booking my services).

  • Unlimited text, phone and email communication (after our initial meeting).

  • Detailed wedding timeline and detailed floorplan.

  • Distribution of timeline and floorplan to all vendors.

  • Attend and Manage 1 hour rehearsal.

  • Personal item setup with guest book, welcome sign, menu cards and seating chart.

  • 8 hours of  service on your Wedding Day

  • Vendor communication after initial meeting.

  • Emergency wedding kit.

  • Distribute tips at the end of the night.

  • Use of white card box, 1 black easel, fog machine.
